Dogs Saving Life

Springing into action!
Well, spring has well and truly arrived. We went training at Kinlochewe recently and the sun shone.
With temperatures edging towards actually “hot”, it was hard work for the dogs, who still have their winter coats.
Still, everyone had fun.

This was the first training weekend after the annual assessment course for new dogs and we kept it deliberately relaxed

There was plenty of time to allow all the fully qualified dogs to get in some practice.
For our “bodies” there was time to catch up on sleep as they relaxed in the warm sun
waiting for dogs to find them.

Here is a photo of Seamus and his dog Lui as they find one of our bodies on the lower slopes of
Beinn Eighe.
Lui is a collie/spaniel cross and looks as though he’s thoroughly enjoying himself.
